If you have ordered and have a paypal account, login to check the shipping status on your order. If your status says "delivered", but you still have not seen
the package; call your local post office as occasionally packages will
be kept there if delivery fails.
Products are PROCESSED & SHIPPED within 2-7 business days via USPS after receipt of payment.

Box-Fresh LLC offers a no-hassle return and exchange policy. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it and we will promptly refund your money (excluding shipping to Box-Fresh LLC.) Simply follow the instructions below:
Returns cannot be accepted beyond 30 days from the original shipping date.
Products eligible for return must be new, unaltered (with no clipped or cut edges) and contain all original product packaging. Products must be repackaged properly in the original packaging. Products not in original condition will not be accepted for return.
Contact Box-Fresh LLC (Returns) for a Return Materials Authorization Number prior to returning the product. Products will not be accepted without a Return Materials Authorization number or RMA Number. Indicate your Return Materials Authorization number on the packing slip and include your packing slip with your return.
Write your Return Materials Authorization number on a blank piece of paper and securely tape it to the outside of the package to be returned.
Returns must be shipped prepaid and insured directly to Box-Fresh LLC. If the return or exchange is due to a Box-Fresh LLC error, we will pay for the cost of shipping. Please contact Box-Fresh LLC Customer Support for Return Materials Authorization and instructions.

If you receive damaged merchandise, we will make every effort to replace your item quickly and with ease. Be sure to notify both the carrier and Box-Fresh LLC within 24 hours of delivery to report the damage. Please keep all packing materials. Box-Fresh LLC will pay the return shipping fee for products that are received damaged.
