How long do Sneaker Shields last?

Sneaker Shields can last up to 2-6 years depending on usage. Of course, everyday wear and tear can cause the durability to go down. Depending on the type of Sneaker Shield, certain Shields hold up better than others. For the longest durability, go with The Protector. Can Sneaker Shields work on more than just sneakers?

Yes! We have designed our Sneaker Shields to be compatible with not only the top performing sneakers on the market, but also with dress shoes. Trimming your Sneaker Shields allows you to easily slip them into any kind of sneaker or dress shoe.

How do you properly trim a Sneaker Shield for a comfortable fit?

Sneaker Shields are designed to easily slip into any shoe and be good to go. If you find your Sneaker Shield uncomfortable, you can simply notch out the area of discomfort and you’ll be good to go in no time. We recommend trimming according to these instructions for the best comfort and fit. Cut out small increments at a time if needed. Always remember, what you cut off can’t be put back!

Shipping and Tracking FAQ

Shipping
Items normally ship within 48 business hours or less and normally arrive within 2-7 business days after the purchase date depending on carrier. Shipping confirmation and tracking will be sent to email provided by customer during checkout process. Sneaker Shield is NOT responsible for orders shipped to wrong address due to customer error. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the item has been marked as delivered by the postal service.
All orders that are shipped outside of the Continental U.S. are required by the US Government to go through customs. Customs can take anywhere from a few days, to a few weeks, to 90+ days depending on when you order your item. Holidays can get very busy, so please make sure you order with enough time, as there is nothing we can do once your item hits customs, and the process is dependent on how busy customs is when they receive it. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

The promo code doesn’t work

If the promo code does not work then either it is past the expiration or is no longer valid. You may have an improper value or combination of products in your cart that do not comply with the promo eligibility. If this happens then you will have to either set your cart up in a way that is compliant with the promo code or wait for another promo. There are codes out there that do work perpetually. It will be up to you to do your due diligence to find them.

Returns and Exchanges Policies

Shoe Shields, LLC. offers a no-hassle return and exchange policy. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it and we will promptly refund your money (excluding shipping to Shoe Shields, LLC.) Simply follow the instructions below:

  • Returns cannot be accepted beyond 30 days from the original shipping date.
  • Products eligible for return must be new, unaltered (with no clipped or cut edges) and contain all original product packaging. Products must be repackaged properly in the original packaging. Products not in original condition will not be accepted for return.
  • Contact Shoe Shields, LLC. (Returns) for a Return Materials Authorization Number prior to returning the product. Products will not be accepted without a Return Materials Authorization number or RMA Number. Indicate your Return Merchandise Authorization number on the packing slip and include your packing slip with your return. Submit a Support Ticket
  • Write your Return Materials Authorization number on a blank piece of paper and securely tape it to the outside of the package to be returned.
  • Returns must be shipped prepaid directly to Shoe Shields, LLC. If the return or exchange is due to a Shoe Shields, LLC. error, we will pay for the cost of shipping. Please contact Shoe Shields, LLC. Customer Support for Return Materials Authorization and instructions.
  • Returns are not allowed in exchange for inclusion of a promotional offer. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Damaged Merchandise

If you receive damaged merchandise, we will make every effort to replace your item quickly and with ease. Be sure to notify both the carrier and Box-Fresh LLC within 24 hours of delivery to report the damage. Please keep all packing materials. Box-Fresh LLC will pay the return shipping fee for products that are received damaged.

Privacy Policy

 

Your personal and private information is kept private. We do not share your contact information (Shipping Address, Billing Address, Payment Information) with anyone that is not involved with the fulfillment of your order or the dissemination or product information that you, the customer, have requested.
